Gender Balance in UAE Leadership: Progress and Future Direction

The UAE also introduced the National Policy for Empowerment of Emirati Women 2023-2031, setting a target to increase women’s participation in the system and achieve public sector milestones. The country is leaving no stone unturned to reach 30% women’s participation in the private sector leadership by the end of 2025.
