Anindo Bhattacharya

Anindo is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and a Retail Banking Senior Leader with more than 25 years of results-oriented knowledge & experience in sustained and continuous EBITA growth, Sales Management, Process Digitization, Operational Excellence and Customer Experience Management. He has worked across industries including Banking, Technology, Telecom and Hospitality. During his stint in UAE for last 14 years, he has held various senior management positions in Banks including Executive Vice President, Head of Personal banking at Mashreq Bank and SVP, Head of Distribution at Royal Bank of Scotland.

He is a change evangelist and well-versed in achieving results across borders in all types of organizations from start-ups to large corporates. He engages at all levels of the organization from senior management to shop floor in order to drive vision, results and a continuous improvement mindset. He is an enthusiastic facilitator and mentor who inspires people to question status quo and embrace change.

Nitin Raj Dixit

Nitin has around 20 years of experience in Retail Banking and Technology. He has held senior positions in UAE banks including Head of Sales for Credit Cards and Loans at Dubai First (FAB) & Associate Vice President at ADCB in the last 14 years in UAE. He specializes in designing & executing strategies that give exponential growth in customer acquisition. He is also vastly experienced in effectively leading large sales and distribution teams, generating high productivity in a very motivated environment.

Syed Ejaz Kabir

Kabir is a seasoned Retail Banking professional who has been part of the UAE banking sector for over 20 years. During his stint in UAE, he has worked in multiple banks including Citibank, ABN Amro, Dubai Islamic Bank, RAK Bank & Mashreq Bank. He has very successfully led large Sales Teams of Credit Cards, Loans, Wealth Management and Employee Banking. He has extensive experience in Retail Banking Policies, Compliance, Digital Acquisition & Customer Behavior Management.

Waqas Tariq

Waqas has over 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure set up and information security solutions. He has worked in various roles including CTO, Technical head and Group Manager IT in leading organizations in UAE. His expertise includes designing and implementing solutions related to Cloud, VOIP, Advance Network Security and Infrastructure designing.
