Abhilasha- Enabling ambitions

There are not many causes in the world, nobler than empowering the younger generation. Arming them with the necessary tools and expertise to become the leaders of tomorrow. With a CSR initiative- ‘Abhilasha- Enabling Ambitions’, MarkAi Group aims to do just that. 

Launched on 27th December 2021, Abhilasha aims to provide a launch pad for deserving students and young professionals to fulfill their career aspirations & goals. MarkAi plans to achieve this by providing a platform that educates, mentors, or coaches in areas that are either unaffordable or inaccessible. 

Our CSR Vision

• Not only does our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Vision strive to complete the aim of giving back to the community in an impactful way, but we try to find innovative and creative solutions that help sustain a part of society for a longer duration.
• We believe that ‘Abhilasha- Enabling Ambitions’, can create a domino effect in the community that will enable the young professionals empowered now, to go on to do the same for future generations and generate further opportunities.
• The passion and drive within our team members working at MarkAi to contribute to the Abhilasha initiative have been a major reason for us to pursue this project with even greater vigor and passion. The unanimous urge and desire to do good for the community at our workplace have made this venture even more fulfilling and rewarding.
• As an organization, we at MarkAi believe in using our position, influence, and reputation in the industry to benefit the underprivileged by creating a level playing field for young professionals. In other words, our goal is to enable an even spread of opportunities in areas that are either unaffordable or inaccessible to the majority of the skilled workforce due to reasons like scarcity of funds, knowledge, or a well-defined roadmap.        

Our Goals & Roadmap

Through the ‘Abhilasha- Enabling Ambitions’ initiative, MarkAi plans to support at least 1000 people by 2024 in a unique and tailor-made methodology to maximize impact for every young professional. 

The support available through Abhilasha can be in the form of a full or partial scholarship, Life Skill or Career Coaching, Internship, and job placements, and mentoring the candidates to launch careers by senior industry experts. We plan to conduct workshops aimed at providing exposure to young professionals and promoting interaction with subject matter specialists.

With Abhilasha, we also wish to collaborate and work with organizations with similar goals to generate synergies and opportunities helping those worthy candidates get the right direction and make a mark for themselves.
